Generic - starts at 6pm from Guy West Bridge. Rolling hills, fast paced more like a Crit than RR training
South River Ride - starts at 6pm from McClatchy H.S./Bike Biz. Fast and flat
Peter Allen Group; Bicycles Plus in Folsom 5:30pm Semi-hilly fast RR training |

Airport Loop - starts at 5:30pm from Guy West Bridge - It's fast and flat. Two sprints for the big dogs!
South River Ride - starts at 6pm from McClatchy H.S./Bike Biz. Fast and flat |
| Saturday |
Folsom Coffee Republic Ride - starts at 9:00am Fast Group, 9:30am Little slower, but still Fast. Hilly RR training. Meet at - Auburn-Folsom and Greenback @ Coffee Republic parking lot.
River Ride - starts at 10:00am from City Bicycle works on Kst. Fast and Flat.
Davis Ride - starts at 8:00am from Davis Wheel Works. Fast ride, with three sprints and a hill-top finish.
Saturday Sunday Rides year-round, weekday rides begin first Monday after Daylight Saving. |
